Xfinity Prepaid delivers offers customers a flexible, contract-free way to get the high-speed WiFi they need. Our task was to revamp their digital experience to make it as flexible as their products, and to help customers get the information they need in just a click.

Leveraged insights from focus groups, heat maps, keyword research, and other key metrics to optimize content
Executed content strategy on a range of key user flows, including serviceability check, purchase, upgrade, and refill
Established voice & tone and wrote copy across the experience, including microinteractions, error states, promotions, and onboarding
