Abercrombie & Fitch has an iconic in-store experience. Our task was to help create a mobile app experience that conveys the brand and delights the user, all while drawing shoppers into the store.
MY ROLE
Facilitated workshops to brainstorm features & opportunities
Worked closely with designers to develop page templates, content hierarchies, wireframes, and flows
Wrote copy for the app experience, including products, micro-interactions, promotions, and errors
Conducted in-person user testing & focus groups with prototypes and synthesized findings
